To figure out which companies go above and beyond on this front, GradAustralia surveyed thousands of fresh grads, and found that the following 10 companies are where graduate employees are happiest about their company's diversity and inclusion efforts!
Teach for Australia is a program that seeks to fight educational inequity by placing talented graduates in secondary school classrooms to inspire, connect and empower students from low-income households. Associates are provided with a salary, benefits, and the chance to earn a master's degree, as well as one-on-one coaching and mentoring.

Inland Rail is a 1,700km freight rail project connecting Melbourne to Brisbane. The project is being delivered by the Australian Government in partnership with the private sector, and its aim is to support Australia’s growth by meeting increasing freight demands.
