  • Personal Care Services

At WeKare Disability Support Group (WDSS), we use a person-centred approach that focuses on delivering the best of care to participants across a broad range of NDIS core support and capacity-building categories. Our carers offer a friendly and supportive presence, always respecting the client's beliefs and values. The WDSS care team places the client at the centre of all decision-making.

WeKare collaborates with a range of community partners to deliver seamless and excellent care to our clients. Our partnerships with Local Area Coordinators (LACs) and other complementary service providers means we can link our clients to mainstream services such as GPs, psychiatrists, community nurses and education providers. We also have an extensive network of partnerships with allied health professionals, which allows us to connect our clients to NDIS funded supports such as occupational therapy, speech therapy and physiotherapy to achieve the best outcomes for them and their families.

We also promote the ECEI (Early Childhood Early Intervention) approach for children with a disability, developmental delay or other additional needs, who may require the support of an Early Childhood Partner across several settings and disciplines.

Our people matter to us. WDSS is committed to showing respect for the human rights of each and every person in our organisation. We seek to eliminate discrimination of all kinds, whether it's based on race, nationality, gender, religion, belief or disability.
